Demand Letter |

A formal letter will have to be issued by The Employer in favour of Diana Overseas Pvt. Ltd. with full detail of job categories, number of workers required category-wise, monthly salaries, name of currency, period of contract, working hours and other amenities for workers at site such as food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance and air passage, etc.
The Demand Letter must be duly endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and finally attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |

Power of Attorney |

Power of Attorney will have to be issued by The Employer in favor of Diana Overseas Pvt. Ltd. with duly authorizing it to carry on the recruitment of Nepalese manpower, including meeting up all the documents and employment contracts required by the laws of Nepal, to arrange for passport and for visa endorsement from the respective embassies and to make arrangement for the workers passage to the country of employment.
This Power of Attorney must be duly endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and finally attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |

Employment Contract |
| |
Specimen of Employment Contract will have to be issued by The Employer in favour of Diana Overseas Pvt. Ltd. showing salaries and other amenities including food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, air passage, ect. This contract must be signed by the employer one side leaving other side blank to be signed by the selected worker.
This Contract mush be attested the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |

| 4. |
Inter Party Agreement |

The Employment and Diana Overseas Pvt. Ltd. will have to execute an Agreement between themselves stating fully and clearly all terms and conditions regarding recruitment of manpower from Nepal. This agreement must be signed by both parties towards acceptance of stated terms for execution of the recruitment procedure.
This Agreement must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |

| 5. |
Guarantee Letter |

A formal letter will have to be issued by The Employer assuring the worker recruited by them will be employed only in their company and country, addressing to Director General, Ministry of Labour & Transport Management, Department of Labour, Nepal.
This Letter must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |

Consular Letter |
| |
This Letter will have to be issued by The Employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy intimating of appointment of Diana Overseas Pvt. Ltd. as bonafida manpower recruiting agent fully authorized to deal with all bias matters, submission and delivery, with the said Embassy, mendtioning the visa number and the data of issue., in the Letter.
This Letter must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment |
